Above is a picture of our host's airplane. Believe me, it looks even nicer in person. I tried to grab at least one shot of every airplane in attendance, but I think I missed a couple of early departing airplanes. Below are some of the ones I caught.
Terry Jantzi bummed this Cub off of a friend and flew down from his home about 60 miles away. He said that it took him over an hour to get there. That'll teach you to sell your RV! (Hey wait a minute, look who's talking!) Peter Noble spent most of the day up in the air in his red Hatz Biplane giving folks a ride in the open cockpit. He contributed greatly to the "air fair" atmosphere. This is our buddy Wayne Ray from Indy with "CowBird". He always gets a bunch of laughs with this set up. You know how we can tell Wayne is in the air with us? He'll key his microphone and ring the cow bell that he keeps in his airplane. |

friend represents a world in us; a world possibly not born until they
arrive, and it is only in meeting them that a new world is born." |
